We went to the Ag-Farm Fair at the Bishop Museum today and it was awesome! There were vendors from every part of all the islands. It was so fun to see how people make a living out of natural ways of the islands. There were some amazing vegetables and fruits, nuts of course, and flowers that were amazing. I loved the orchids, there were so many different types and they were so 
vibrant and cheery. I had lots of fun snapping tons of pictures of them all.
Since we were in the neighborhood, we went into the Bishop Museum too. It was really interesting to learn about the history of the islands. It covered all the neighboring islands too, there were too many to remember! It was really fun to see how they survived and their clothing and jewelry was absolutely amazing. The fibers and materials were so random, they made use of everything!
The orchids reminded me of Kathe, Austin's mom. She, along with Lauren Brown, are great at keeping them alive! Me, not so much! Enjoy all! Love you.
